Maria, the vet, was very knowledgeable, kind and comforting when she helped us with our puppies issue. It was nice to know even a holiday there is somebody there to help!

Updated Review: Sunday July 4th Mati started to become lethargic, she would not eat. She would just look at her food, seem like she was going to take a bite, then just walk away with her head down. All she wanted to do was lay in her bed. We reached out again. This time we sent photos of her, we even did a video chat where we were advised to take her in. After calling around I found an emergency clinic. Of course as I am trying to get ready to leave with her she eats a few bites of chicken for my husband. I reach out again, and we are told to still take her in. They were right. She had to have some fluids, and her poor tummy and digestive tract was not happy. Being able to reach a vet 24/7 is a blessing. With all the craziness that can go on with 8 week old kittens to a 10 year old cat it is a must to have PAWP. Original Review: We were very thankful and grateful to be able to reach out last night and speak with someone regarding our new baby kitten. She had not been eating and showing some worrisome signs. Turns out she just needed some very very bland food. We are very thankful Dr. Cris V was there to help, and assure us that the cheap treats (which have been removed from the house) we not toxic. Just not good for tender tummies. Mati-May is back to her playful full of energy self!

I submitted my claim three weeks ago and have heard nothing. My account wouldn't load for 2 weeks after and when it finally did, I can't find a place where the claim would be?
