Thank you so much. Joy, my 6 month old Beagle mix appeared to be developing a facial tic. The vet asked for a pic and video, of course the tic appears to be gone. The Vet was however very understanding and concerned. Thank you again

I’m giving 1 star because our dog got sick with Lyme nephritis right before we had Pawp so we decided to sign up after a hefty bill for his previous care. Once the 14 day wait period was over our dog started to decline. I quickly called Pawp to have him evaluated and while the vet I spoke with was very sweet she deemed our sweet boy “critical” and not an emergency therefor any care I was to go get him would not be covered. We video chatted and she saw that he couldn’t move and when I picked him up he wouldn’t walk and she seemed to agree he wasn’t doing well. However, when she gave us her analysis she said “dog is able to get up, walk and stand with no help, and even replied to stimuli.” All completely not true. She told me he needs to go to our vet within 24 hours and gave us some stuff to do to get fluids in him and get him some calories. We had a very long day trying to keep him comfortable and giving him his meds and had planned to take him to our vet the next morning. Well unfortunately we woke up the next morning to our sweet boy that passed away overnight in his sleep. Very unfortunate. I will be canceling membership.

SCAM ALERT I have Insurance With Pawp, and i actually had a pawp vet approve us for the $3000 Emergency Fund. So we took our dog To the ER, and after 2 nights she recovered. So when it was time to pay the $2700 Bill for my dogs severe pancreatitis, Pawp Declined. (Shocker Right) Gave Us Some BS line that we didnt follow protocol. AND TRUST ME, WE FOLLOWED PROTOCOL. WE READ EVER NOOK AND CRANNY. So Again, We were approved. We Followed Guidelines, and Pawp Gave Us The Middle Finger Pawp we probably comment on this post by saying some BS line, that we didnt follow procedure, and to call there phone # or email them. DONT BELIEVE IN PAWP, "IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROABLY IS..." "Do You Really Wanna Put Your Animals Life On the Line For $19.00?"

Hi there, Thanks again for your post. As our support team has mentioned several times, we cannot issue the emergency funds if the rules and regulations are not followed. In this case, they were not, and therefore the emergency funds were denied. I do apologize if there was any confusion as to how the emergency fund works. I was able to get a Vet on call. But we were on the phone. She rushed me off the phone after 8 minutes. Said she had other questions to answer. I some advice is better then nothing
