This is a wonderful service. Maria was above and beyond knowledgeable and compassionate. When she recommends items it gives me a link to my walmart.com account to order the items. She offered different options and was really patient while I typed all the information. You can. Also reference your chat transcripts anytime after ending the chat. Very helpful and I believe saved me a vet visit and put my mind more at ease about my precious cat.

It really calms my mind being able to talk to professional vet 24/7 to ask questions that’s bothering my pet and I. They’re very kind and informative, also perfect alternative for getting second and third opinions than my primary vet.

Natalie was great. Super attentive and didn’t make me feel like I was rushed. Such a convenient service for someone who has received *all* the cats from the feline distribution system ❤️

We recently used Pawp when we were really concerned about our dog. He was acting completely out of the norm — vomiting, limping, very lethargic, and he also had a small wound from a fight with our other dog. On top of that, he was hiding from us in our room, which he never does. That’s when we knew something really wasn’t right. We were worried and unsure if we needed to rush to the emergency vet. Ashley was absolutely awesome. She responded in a timely manner and took the time to carefully review all of our concerns. She asked us to send pictures and a video so she could better understand what was going on, which made us feel like she truly wanted a complete picture of the situation. She asked thoughtful questions, explained possible causes clearly, and gave us practical next steps to monitor him at home. What I appreciated most was her calm, professional, and reassuring approach. When your pet isn’t acting like themselves, it’s scary — and Ashley really helped ease our anxiety while guiding us step by step. Overall, Pawp was convenient, supportive, and very helpful during a stressful situation. We’re so thankful for Ashley’s care and would definitely use their service again if needed.

Thank you so much for this incredibly detailed and thoughtful review! We're so glad Ashley could be there for you when your dog was acting so out of character: vomiting, limping, lethargic, hiding, and dealing with that wound must have been absolutely terrifying. Those moments when you're trying to figure out if it's an emergency vet situation or something you can monitor at home are so stressful, and we're thrilled Ashley could help you navigate that decision. We love hearing how Ashley took the time to really understand the complete picture by reviewing photos, videos, and asking thoughtful questions. That thorough, calm, and reassuring approach is exactly what we want our team to provide, especially when you're scared and your pet isn't acting like themselves. Easing your anxiety while giving you practical, step-by-step guidance is what matters most to us. We'll absolutely make sure Ashley knows how much her care meant to you and your dog during such a frightening situation. Thank you for trusting Pawp when you needed us, and we're here 24/7 if you ever need support again. Wishing your pup continued good health!
