Fast, easy turnaround. They made it very accessible to order and do the test.

For the first time, I had to use customer support and my experience couldn’t have been better. My order was no longer needed, they were extremely helpful and friendly. I already loved Paw Print Genetics, but this just added to it!

Easy to communicate

I had to submit samples three different times for the same dog; the communication with the staff was outstanding, clearly explaining and assisting me in concluding this analysis.

The process from start to finish is easy to understand and implement. Nice to get email and have a place that I can refer back to on my tests.

Paw Print Genetics has recently changed things in order that Canadian customers can send their specimens to a Canadian address! This reduces the cost, the worries about customs, etc. It does add a bit to the length of time for your results but it's so worth it! I do find the cost a wee bit expensive compared to having testing completed in Canada (partly due to the exchange rate) but all in all the health panels are easy to do, customer service is great and they do offer specials which helps a lot. I wish it included them to submit to OFA but even doing that is easy to do from the new OFA website. Another thing that I love is that results can be shared with co-owners and other people so sire and dam owners all have access to each other's results. All in all, I am quite pleased.

I have used Paw Print Genetics for around 10 years to genetically test our french bulldogs. Paw Print Genetics is always thorough and timely with the results.
