From start to finish..all A's! You were easy to order tests and kits. Directions for testing were clear, concise, and easy to follow. No activating kits like other testing companies. Easy to ready results with excellent customer service if you do need a explanation for something. Couldn't be happier. I always choose Paw Print Genetics for our kits.

Got my results, for others to know…. Ship Canada post, not UPS or Fed Ex, cost me $88 instead of $8, Canada post told me i had to send it courier and I didn’t! Also I can’t print my results, they have been downloaded ‘somewhere’ I admit that I am not a computer person but I have not found this site very user friendly
