It took just about two months for the test kits that I ordered to get to me in Canada. When I got the kits there were mistakes on one of the orders based on breed and identification/chip number errors that had to be corrected. Not that big a deal but some people might not be so diligent . The wrong breed entry resulted in an overcharge, this was identified by your staff and corrected in an expedient fashion so overall this was very good. The results reports are difficult to find if genetic testing of your dogs is not something one regularly does. It would be nice if there was a layman’s explanation of what each test means, like what is “Ichthyosits” I do not know and will have to look up. These test results will be shared with the new owners of the puppies generated which in turn means I may have to interpret the results for new owners, and I do not feel I’m in any professional capacity to do that, simply put I’m not a vet or a geneticist, so the test results themselves should provide a brief and easily understood explanation of the medical tests conducted. I was thrilled with the ease of the procedure and the quick results response. Having the one page analysis made sharing the results very easy. The only minor complaint I have is related to coupons. The cost was a bit steep but I wanted to know more about my Labrador. But once I paid for the initial analysis I got lots of 50% off coupons which irritated me about the price I paid.
