Bar none...these guys KNOW dog genes and people kindness! I never feel like I’m bothering someone at PPG, they take every call and treat me like I’m the most important call of the day!!! I love Dr. Carl and the staff at PPG. Honest and won’t try to get you to do tests you don’t need!

This was my first time using their service and it was super easy and fast! I used another company for some color tests and to this day I still don’t understand what the result told me. I am going to redo the tests with paw prints because I am sure their customer service will be better and explaining things!

I have been using pawprints for several years now. Couple times I tried other genetic testing companies due to the higher cost of pawprints. I was met with inaccurate results and poor customer service. Pawprints is the only genetics company I trust. I rely on them to make breeding decisions and they have amazing customer service. Being able to actually talk with one of the geneticist has been helpful many times as well.
