I really value the security of going through an app like Pawshake to have someone take care of our pets and home. It isn’t too restrictive and has some great safety and support features like checking profiles and photos and encouraging meeting before booking. Payment is all done through the app and I hope the sitter doesn’t get too many fees, but the bulk of the payment. Unsure! Love the messaging function, app could be a little easier to navigate but overall highly recommend and will be using again.

We found a great petsitter through Pawshake and we have used her for about 3 years now. Pawshake gives you lots of different options, you can find someone close to you and someone that will fit in with your pets. I would highly recommend using Pawshake if you are looking for a petsitter.

We were away for 4 weeks and our cat was very well looked after. We got a daily photo but even more importantly Elisha the carer really bonded with our cat. Elisha took the time to play and become friends with our shy cat. We would not hesitate to recommend her.

First time using Pawshake. Very easy process, useful review of potential sitters, easy payment process and money is not released if any problems have been identified. My sitter was very good, sent daily video updates and Lady was well looked after! Definitely gave me peace of mind whilst I was away. Would definitely recommend.
