We could not be happier (our dog Banjo included!). Both Oscar and Nicole took wonderful care of our little princess and were in constant communication even over the Christmas/New Year period. Will not hesitate to book them first and foremost whenever we need someone to mind Banjo. Highly recommend and THANK YOU Oscar and Nicole - you are amazing!

I only used Pawshake once and I was satisfied with the platform as well as sitter. If I want to look for sitter again, I will definitely use it again. Everything went smoothly.

Heel goed, toffe man, betrouwbaar
Katzi

You need to be really lucky to come across genuine pet sitters who really care about the animal’s interest on this platform. The more expensive does not mean you get better care for your animals. I think there should be more control and regulations on this platform to prevent abusive prices and poor care. After 2 very bad experiences, i managed to come across a decent cat sitter but my impression about this platform has not restored yet. I will need a lot more time before i can trust it again

Hi Valerie, Thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback, we do appreciate it. We're so sorry to hear you had a negative experience previously, but are happy to see you have found a good match now. We have very high expectations of trust and safety for our pet sitters, and strict standards for them to maintain a position on our platform. If you have a moment, would you be able to email us some information to [email protected] about your earlier experiences? We would like to investigate this, as our primary concern is the ongoing health and welfare of the pets on our site. Thanks again for leaving a review, and we look forward to hearing from you soon. Kind regards, Jack Pawshake Support

Ich hatte eine sehr gute Erfahrung mit Pawshake. Alles lief prima, ich habe sogar eine Catsitter gebucht, die noch keine Reviews hatte und sie war super nett und verlässlich.

I moved to a new area and felt nervous about care for my doggy. I came across paw shake and gave it a go. I used the dog walking service. I found it very easy and stress free. I chatted through the paw shake message system and informed my walker a little about my dog and we arranged a meet and greet. My dog walker was extremely friendly and professional from the get go. I went for a short walk with him and my dog to allow my dog to get to know him. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease. My walker is flexible and sends photos and updates of their walk which I love. Overall, paw shake is an excellent service and I would recommend to anyone.
