For the first time I had to board my puppy Oliver. It became a great experience! Oliver was looked after very well! Walks every day, a big backyard to play in. The host Tia was extremely nice and knowledgeable! The house was clean and tidy. I was sent beautiful pictures multiple times a day. I couldn't have asked for anything more,and Oliver was happy when we picked him up again. Thanks Tia! (in Burnaby BC)

Booked doggy daycare while we went to a wedding. Had a meet and greet a few weeks beforehand which was very useful. Unfortunately the dogs living in the daycare home became unwell a few days before the wedding. They were thankfully able to help us find alternative daycare through Pawshake at short notice. Our dog was very happy there, with walks and cuddles, and we got updates throughout the day. The alternative daycare was cheaper than what we’d originally booked and we quickly got a refund through Pawshake. We’ve already rebooked them for the next wedding we’re going to.

From the moment we met the sitter we knew our dog would be in good hands. We were reassured in every way and the sitter kept in contact with us before we dropped our dog off. We were sent photos and messages to show us that our dog was ‘ at home ‘ and quite relaxed. When we picked him up we could see he was sitting in the garden having a good old chew on a toy, so calm he took a couple of minutes ( well maybe seconds) to realise it was us. He looked well and happy when we picked him up and even though this was the first time he had been with the sitter he had eaten well and of course happy to come home but obviously calm . He was very well looked after and we will have no hesitation in using Pawshake again .

Since moving house a year ago I have kept my cat indoors as he is getting older now. I've previously used a cattery but really wanted him to stay at home. I discovered Pawshake and couldn't have been happier with the excellent service offered by my chosen cat sitter. Happy owner and happy cat.
