I've had a great experience with Pawshake. Sitters have always arranged to come to the house before the first booking, which gives them a chance to meet your pet and learn their routines, and it's also very reassuring as you can assess their trustworthiness before giving them a key to your house. All the sitters I've booked have been genuine animal lovers and very nice people. Definitely recommend.

We have nothing but good things to say about our experience with finding and using a dog sitter through Pawshake. The site was easy to use, our sitter (Linda) was polite and quick in all communication and we felt secure knowing that Pawshake had verified its sitters and provided extra insurance. The free initial meet and greet and payment through the system also helped us safer and was a great way to meet the sitter before the holiday. It was the first time we’d gone away without Allie since we got her and our sitter sent regular update photos of her having a fantastic time which really helped us enjoy our holiday more! We will definitely be using the site to book in the future.

We used Pawshake recently to book our first appointment with our dog sitter (after an initial free meet and greet appointment). Everything worked out quite well, the payment was easy and fast to do and our dog sitter answered immediately. It was also very useful to see all the services listed with the prices, as well as reviews from other clients. We can really recommend it for anyone looking for help with their loving pets! :)

Le site est fiable et je suis content du service reçu (un gardien est venu s’occuper de los trois chats lors de nos vacances). Je ré-utiliserai cette application pour nos prochaines vacances.

Well if you need someone to look after your pets while you go away then Pawshake is absolutely wonderful. Trustworthy and caring. Andreea who looked after my 3 cats is excellent. Have already booked her for another week.

Site is easy to use. I previously used Rover but followed my petsitter when she moved over to Pawshake. Very similar platform and I appreciate that it's very easy to book a petsitter.

Great and easy to use service. You’re protected at all points and great suggestions as to how to go about booking at all points of the search are given. I’ve found a great cat sitter and will definitely use both the Pawshake service and my chosen sitter in future.
