Heel fijne manier om een lieve oppas te vinden. We hebben op deze manier onze oppas Laura gevonden en we gunnen iedereen “een Laura” om met een gerust hart op vakantie oid te gaan. Pawshake is echt ideaal.

There were a great many puppy lovers to choose from and take care of my dog. It was easy to use the app, and we were able to easily coordinate with our dog minder.

Great introduction service.

A great company where you can find a lot of help about your pet, including registered pet friendly cat visitors advertise themselves nationwide.

Recently paid a cat sitter named Josy $200 thru Pawshake and an additional $250 in cash to feed our cat twice a day while we were away overseas for 10 days. Immediately after returning Josy pressured my wife into giving her a good review but unfortunately that was before we talked to our neighbour who was looking after our plants who mentioned she didn't see Josy at all so we decided to check our security camera footage and were shocked to find she only attended to our cat 4 out of the 20 visits she was paid for. When I questioned her she didn't deny our claims and promised to refund the cash component of the payment which clearly was an admission of her guilt, however we never received any such refund from her so I formally made a complaint to Pawshake and sent all the video evidence proving this girl ripped us off and after a lot of correspondence back and forward they basically washed their hands of our complaint. We will never use Pawshake again and recommend no one trusts a cat sitter named Josy.

Hi John, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience, and we understand how upsetting this situation must have been for you. However, it’s important to clarify that the booking you describe was taken partially offline for cash, outside of the Pawshake platform. By doing this, the arrangement became a private agreement between you and the sitter, and Pawshake is unable to intervene. When bookings are taken offline, our Terms of Use and guarantees do not apply, and we have no jurisdiction to enforce payments or oversee the service. The sitter involved has since been suspended from the platform, but this situation highlights exactly why we strongly advise all users to keep bookings online. Had the booking been completed fully through Pawshake, our team could have stepped in immediately to resolve the issue and provide the protection our guarantees are designed for. We are sympathetic to your frustration and disappointment, but we encourage future bookings to stay fully on-platform for your own protection. — Pawshake Support
