Gabriela put me at ease from the moment we met. She cared for my two cats for a week while I was on holiday, making sure they were well fed and their litter trays were cleaned daily. Das Unternehmen wirkt in seiner gesamten Vorgehensweise sehr altbacken und nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Während heute moderne Technologien, inklusive KI, alltäglich genutzt werden, verbietet - man hier konsequent deren Einsatz –z.B. bei Profilbildbearbeitung - obwohl das Unternehmen selbst offenbar intern mit KI arbeitet und der gesamte Support nur aus KI besteht. Das empfinde ich als unfaire und veraltete Praxis. Noch problematischer ist, dass Fotos aus der privaten Wohnung verlangt werden. Das sind hochsensible Daten, die im schlimmsten Fall sogar ein Sicherheitsrisiko darstellen können (z. B. für Einbrecher). Dass ein Unternehmen derart sensible Einblicke einfordert, halte ich für absolut unangemessen. Insgesamt: nicht modern, nicht nutzerfreundlich und in meinen Augen auch datenschutzrechtlich sehr fragwürdig. Für mich war das der Grund, mein Profil zu löschen.
