pawshake.comReviews of pawshake.com

Have enjoyed using Pawshake, it's easy to use and has connected me to some great pet sitters (who I choose based on other peoples reviews).

Easy and fast to use the company and website, our sitter was also very quick to respond, wholly professional and very empathetic with our pets

You can certainly trust Pawshake with your pets. I have used the company several times now when I have been away on holiday and the sitters they provide are excellent. They love animals and so take care of your beloved pets when you are away from home. An added bonus is that the sitters are also ensuring that your home is safe too: clearing post and newspapers from the letter box and generally keeping an eye.

I hired a pet sitter through Pawshake to house sit 5 dogs for 8 nights. I found the process so easy - from the initial communication through Pawshake with our preferred dog sitter to the booking and payment system. I was reassured by the fact that insurance was included by Pawshake should there be any issues. Our selected pet sitter was amazing and we arrived home to 5 happy healthy dogs and a tidy house. I would definitely use Pawshake again!

Pawshake is a very user friendly app that I will continuously use. When I needed to change my booking date, I had a prompt response and managed to change it without a hitch :)

For oss med 3 katter , fungerte dette helt topp! Sikkert, trygt og som beskrevet, Fikk tilsendt daglig bilder av kattene, storr pluss!

It would be every pet owners nightmare, in the early hours of the morning on the day you are due to go on holiday your beloved dog is unable to walk and is all disoriented and a trip to the animal emergency ensues. Well unfortunately that’s what happened to us. We were beside ourselves and after a discussion with our regular vet and a lot of consideration for both our dog and our new sitter we cancelled our booking. We felt it was unfair to put the responsibility of monitoring our dog and potential further vet trips on them as we were away for over two weeks. Despite the extenuating circumstances, and a lot of dialogue with Pawshake, neither Pawshake or our sitter had it in their heart to waive the full cancellation fee in favor of the 50% fee that would have applied if we’d cancelled before midnight. We personally found this harsh and unnecessary under the circumstances and despite previous positive experiences, we won’t be using these services again.
