Pawshake has been a lifesaver for me many times! Great website, easy to use and the insurance is great piece of mind. I have a couple of great pet sitters I have used multiple times and I always know my cat is in good hands.

I've had a wonderful experience with Pawshake pet sitters! My regular sitter is taking my Pixie for a walk twice a week and she's my go-to guy whenever we need him. We did have a little incident last year. Pixie's sitter had to cancel only two days before I was going to Hawaii for a holiday! Of course I was stressed out, but the customer support personnel luckily found Pixie a new sitter. I was very happy with her too, but I do prefer my regular sitter. I definitely recommend using Pawshake!

Their instructions regarding accepting payment outside of their PawShake platform are confusing. They are unable to handle charging for more than is shown in the very basic outline. You have to handle this yourself, even though the PawShake contract states you are not to accept any payments outside the PawShake account. Confusing. Hope they get it fixed soon.

Very very upset with pawshake. They gave me a warning for taking payment outside of pawshake. Did not write any more messages about payments outside of pawshake after that email. Yet, they suspended. Why warn me if you’re going to suspend the account?

horrible platform they take 20% of your hard earned money & what did pawshake do for me? Gave me a crappy platform & horrible service. Will not be using again as a sitter nor as a client. 10/10 do NOT reccomend

There was a dispute between an owner and myself (a dog sitter) and the customer support guy, Sam (contacted him from Sydney) was extremely rude, unfair and authoritative, saying that I should appreciate that they cannot intervene when there is a complaint from an owner because it is my word against the owner's and that I should feel lucky that they didn't remove me from the platform because I have other good reviews. The app (Pawshake platform) is benefiting from the sitters (20% of my pay goes to Pawshake), yet it seems like they are treating the sitter as their inferior.

If I could give no stars I would! Incredibly poor customer service, zero contact until I was told my account had been permanently suspended. Sam (who I can see has been mentioned in other reviews and must be the only customer service representative) was rude to say the least. I would never treat customers or employees this way. Email after email went ignored, when Sam finally made contact it was to send me templates which didn’t apply to my situation. Despite repeated attempts to have him actually read my email and answer my queries,I was basically told to F off. Will never use pawshake as a sitter again and would advise any potential pet owners to steer clear!
