The food is great for all my dogs and they look healthier. Especially there skin and fur. The only negative is delivery takes at least seven days. I always have to order early to make sure I don't run out of food

Web page was not very user friendly, but for the most part was a good experience. The one time I did have to contact customer service about dissatisfaction with a product, representative was extremely helpful and I was given a replace at no cost, no questions asked.

Our dogs love the pawTree kibble and we feel it is a good product. Being able to order it on line makes it easy to always have it on hand. The orders usually arrive in a timely manner. It's a good company to do business with.

Great customer service. Had trouble completing my order, so did online chat and within a short period of time, i@ue was resolved and rep let me know I could continue with my order. Items arrived within a few days of placing order.
