We didn’t receive a call back about the issue. There were actually two bags that were not sealed properly from the factory.

I almost think you could save the consumers money with less packaging. Unless you have verified issues with open packages I think you could use alot less packaging. The bag itself already is better then most on the market. So my dog would eat the freeze dried food. He refuses to touch the regular kibble. 4 days I had it in his bowl and he would not eat for 4 days. I got him turkey cause he can't have chicken and he is not a fan of fish. And will not touch it. I sign up to be a pet pro and my dog won't even touch it. Hard to see benefits when the reason you started doesn't want it.
