The customer service is very good. They are polite, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. The only issue I have is the pricing. The treats and food are on the high side.

I like that the CBD Mega helps my dogs pain and helps him sleep better, and he loves the chicken bone broth!

Great food for my 2 Goldens and 1 Maine Coon. They love it. And it has improved their digestive process 100% - trying not to give TMI here. Love the online process as well. Orders are always on time and are always correct. And I can edit/ change them before if necessary.
