Great service very easy to navigate. Would definitely recommend. Just waiting to receive my letters in the mail.

The website states letters will be received in 24 hours. After three days, I had called multiple times and reached no one. I emailed and reached no one. Very difficult to contact and bad customer service.

Awesome service

Although I loved the package and the way all the letters look, my letters were referring to me as a woman and I am a man. I clearly indicated this when I applied, as I chose the Mr. prefix and my name is FRANK!

Staff were professional and clear with instructions. The only thing I wish was there were parking for the site. Used 2 hour street parking, thankfully my test didnt take 2 hours, so I wasn’t ticketed.
