Loved working with them. Irene worked with my customer and solved all the issues and kept me in a loop too. Finally we resolved all issues and closed the deal.

I have tried to deal with this company over the past couple of years. They are unable to update records and even though they were informed multiple times that an address change had occurred they were not sending invoices to the new address and charging late fees. I feel as if it were a scam to just get even more money from me.

We have paid off our account in 06/12/2019. And I'm getting a bill back from 2019. For 2019 property tax ( true-up.) for ( $33.13 ) and 2019 property tax (true-up) what ever that means for ($ 2.80 ) a total of $35.93. Why are they charging me for something that is OVER 2 years old. I thought that there was a 2 year limit on charging someone back charges. Acct. # 1313939
