MFM gives an in depth look into multifamily investing on a larger scale. I think this is program is a HUGE first step for someone NOT already in the real estate or property management arena. Building an effective and well functioning team to support million dollar investments is not an overnight process

I would have given it a 5 star but there are minor things in the beginning that weren't successfully delivered. The guidebook that was promised to be mailed was never mailed and when I sent a text message, the reply said it would be available at the door. But no one knew what I was talking about even though I showed the text message.

I really enjoy the case studies and the organization of the path. I understand that anything worth learning cannot happen over a weekend. I gain confidence from the openness and vulnerability of the instructor and coaches that with the right mindset we can be apart of the great opportunity.

I learned so much at multifamily mindset event and realized that it is actually possible for me to do apartment deals without my own money. This is the only course I have ever attended that was this in depth. Highly recommend to anyone looking to elevate their life

Genuine and up front, knowledgeable and helpful. A lot of information but nothing worth something is easy. You can't succeed with putting in the work.
