We recently purchased the SaunaLife 4 Person Cube and absolutely love it. We compared prices and reputations across a few companies, and after speaking on the phone with Joyce, we knew that Peak Primal was a perfect fit for us. Our questions were always quickly answered via phone and text, delivery was easy, and the quality of the materials used is top-notch. As per other reviews, the directions could use some work, but online videos helped us build the sauna. The four person sauna is the perfect size for the two of us, allowing room to stretch out and even enjoy a cribbage game while “sweating it out.”

This is a review in extreme gratitude to Cole Lara, customer support representative over at Peak Primal Wellness.. Recently, I had a small issue with an order I placed through Shop app. The order was for some running handles for my Versa Climber machine purchase through primal… While there were no issues with billing or shipping, the items came on time, but unfortunately, we’re the wrong handles. I immediately took a picture and sent a video over to primal. Cole was quick to respond and even quicker to solve the issue right there on the spot. He made sure that the right handles were sent out before anything else. Didn’t even mention returning the other handles. He just wanted to make sure that my satisfaction was guaranteed. I’m extremely grateful for the top notch Customer Service I received , while it can be found, It’s extremely rare. I recommend doing business with this company. They’re fantastic. And cool thank you very much, sir. I hope this message reaches your boss. You deserve a raise. In gratitude, dustin Shane owner of Firm Foundation Athletics Springhill, Tennessee

Preparing my patio, managing the ordering and assembly, coordinating with contractors, and ultimately getting everything ready to enjoy my new sauna was no small task. Throughout the entire process, the team at Peak Primal Wellness—especially Cole L.—was a true bright spot. Cole was incredibly patient, supportive, and consistently followed up with me each week. At no point did the experience feel transactional; it was clear he genuinely cared about ensuring everything went smoothly. Both the sauna itself and the level of service from Peak Primal Wellness exceeded my expectations. I’ll absolutely be returning for future health and wellness needs. Thank you!
