Grey Goose bottle
Grey Goose bottle. Product was half the size that it looks in the advertisement. Something you could buy at the dollar store. Very disappointing. Took 7 weeks to get here.

It is very hard to get the roller ball…
It is very hard to get the roller ball to work smoothly and disperse the oil. I have been working at it for over five minutes and still not getting much of anything and I have tries using my fingers and rolling on arms and such to get it to work - also the stone roller seems white and almost plastic feeling and look - is not pink as stated it should be :((

Not functioning.
I was excited to get my bottle of Organic Castor Oil. After unscrewing the golden top, I have been unable to have the clear top roll and get the liquid to come out and be applied to me . Very frustrating. Help!

I'm not sure the roller is really rose quartz. Honestly, it looks plastic but I could be wrong. I had a hard time getting the roller to roll consistently with oil on it.
