Hi Natalia, thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the course did not meet your expectations. Our courses are designed to be much more than a printout. In addition to the written content required for continuing education, our courses incorporate images, charts/graphs, videos, and other visual learning tools to support a variety of learning styles. We also offer a built-in audio/reader feature, allowing learners to listen to the course content if they prefer an auditory learning experience. We recognize that learning preferences vary from person to person, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue working to provide engaging, high-quality continuing education.
