Appalling so called organisation. I'd take a guess and say this is a backroom scamming centre preying on tourists and the feedback supports this. I won't go into too many details but we were let down by a tour operator - booked and paid through Peek and nobody turned up to collect us. Loads pf promises about refunds and all Peek do is to say that they don't operate the tours. This is complete nonsense as they have the money so can refund it if there's anything wrong. It looks like a scheme with make believe operators who just don't exist. Anyway, at least we know now and will never book with them again. Oh, and watch out for the laws of the Country that they claim to operate by - I bet your bank doesn't cover you..... Update - I've just had a response asking for more details. All I can say is that I've been in communication already with some at some length and they have never helped. So I'm not wasting any more time going over old ground - they just stonewall everything. Edited after their reply - see below - this is how they operate. They take your money and walk away. There is no comeback anywhere for any of their operators to refund you as I doubt they even arrange the trips. There's a reason why they have so many bad reviews. There's no real contact details for them either so you can't even tell where they're based. If they'd like to reply with a trading address, phone number, Company registration and which Country's laws they operate under then I'll take it further. I suspect this won't happen.... Well, after 5 months and asking our bank to intervene and going through the whole process again we finally got a refund....good news but very tedious.

I sincerely apologize for the experience you had. A no-show is unacceptable, and I understand your frustration with the back-and-forth about your refund. You shouldn't have to chase this down. I want to be clear about what Peek.com is: we're a marketplace platform that hosts tours operated by independent businesses. We don't operate the tours ourselves or have a say in how those businesses run their operations. When a tour doesn't happen, that's on the operator, not us. That said, we absolutely appreciate you sharing this feedback, and it helps us understand where our partners are falling short. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Peek and/or Peek Pro was a horrible experience for me! I have been running my tour company for nearly 10 years and after many years of constant marketing calls from Peek marketers trying to get me to switch over to them, I decided to take the bait. I left my long time booking platform during my busy season and joined peek and thought everything was going to be as they advertised and sold me. I was wrong. SUPER complicated website to navigate, the app was absolutely awful, I could never book last min customers due to its complexity (AND YES, ITS COMPLEX) but MORESO- CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS NO HELP! No one ever answered the phone, no live support whatsoever, AI Chatbot redirected me to wrong links to answer to any my questions (THEY WERE URGENT QUESTIONS) and whenever I submitted a ticket with a question, they would get back to me in 5-10 days with an answer, when I needed the answer right then and there or soon after. Once I said I was leaving, customer service WAS responsive but it was too late. Lost lots of money because I could never manually book someone on the app, lost personal money as I would have to personally refund customers (never knew or learned how to set up a refund reserve- NO ONE RESPONDED TO THAT TICKET) and just an awful experience. I do not recommend Peek/ PEEK PRO.
