Unable to access private Instagram accounts. They claim they can access private profiles, but every time you contact them, they repeat the same excuse about the time required to “gain access”. They say it takes around one month, yet their refund policy states that any refund must be requested within the first 14 days of purchase, which is contradictory. They offer to “freeze” your account for a month or give you an extra month of membership, but none of this is worth it. I have repeatedly requested a refund, and they keep responding with the same scripted replies. I simply want my money back, as the service they advertise clearly does not work. UPDATED REVIEW PeekViewer issued a refund and I did receive my money back, but that doesn’t change my review. They should clearly inform customers before purchasing that the estimated time to access or monitor a private account is no less than a month, so users can decide for themselves whether it’s worth their time and money. The refund policy is also quite tricky—it explicitly states that refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, yet the process of gaining access to a private account takes significantly longer than that. I honestly can’t confirm whether their service actually works or not. All I can say is that I waited for two weeks, they were unable to access the private account, and they didn’t even update the profile picture of the monitored account as promised.

Don’t fall for their trap! You pay them and they make you wait for a month, and then after that, they ask for another payment without ever showing the Instagram account. Theynever deliver what they promise. I paid and got nothing.

It doesn't work. When you subscribe and pay, you'll be told it may take more than 30 days for your search to return results. When you contact customer service to request a refund, they simply stop responding. IT'S A SCAM!

Well, I hope that I can update this at some point, but I paid for this for a private account and I just got off the chat with customer service and they let me know that it’s going to take one month to get my results. That’s something that they should have let me know ahead of time! so I guess just know going in if you need fast results, this is not the place. 🙁 Update: changing from one star to three. I did gain access to the private account after about two weeks, however I never could see likes or comments as promised and now my month is up. No sense on renewing because it will likely never happen and that’s really what I needed to know. So, this service kind of works. Not really sure it’s worth the money as it doesn’t fully do what it promises. 😐
