Service/product

I ordered an 8.5 Casper Alligator shoe which is my normal size, they were a little big, Soodie sent me a return label and reordered a size 8. The customer service was superb and the Casper shoe although a little big, looked great when I tried them on.

Great selection! Awesome customer service. I placed an order and forgot to use a discount code I called shortly thereafter explained the issue and they refunded the difference. The fact they answered the phone and you talk to a real person is amazing nowadays

Well, the shoes that I purchased did not fit. The size was too wide on the Alden V Tip. But the service the speed of shipping was excellent. The return process and refund process was also excellent. When buying online it is a little tricky to buy from a company that you’re not familiar with, taking a chance is always uncomfortable. But there refund and return process was excellent. I would definitely buy again.
