I used a product that really didn't agree with me and reached out to Customer Service. They were professional, kind, and efficient at resolving the issues and refunded the product without any trouble, making the process easy on the customer which isn’t always the case. I was really impressed; it’s incredibly rare to experience this level of Customer Service - it was a throwback to better times.

I tried the Glucose Control product for 5 months with the specific objective of lowering my A1C - as suggested in their marketing package. It did not work. Nothing else in my routine varied. My A1C has been stable for the last 18 months - 13 without and 5 months on Glucose Control. No benefit received for an extremely high price. This product is doctor test proven to be of no value for me. Subsequent to this review, Pendulum reached out to me to learn more about my experience. We reached an understanding that elevated my review.

Even though the price was exorbitant, I wanted to try this Metabolic Daily. My gut is pretty good, I think, as I have a decent diet and eat a lot of fiber, much more than most people, probably 50 grams daily plus. I am also very regular. I don't take probiotics unless I am sick or have to go on antibiotics, which is rare. I was hoping to cut down on cravings (even though they weren't bad) and just improve whatever I could. I am also a normal weight, but would still love to be 5 pounds less, which seems hard to do. One month in, I did not notice any change regarding my poops, but I did notice an increase in "food noise," as they call it. I seemed to be craving snacks more often, and with a vengeance. Although, I have not gained weight, I hate that I cannot turn off the snacking thing! Their advertising and marketing is pretty huge with Pendulum, so I definitely know this always jacks up the price on a product. If you are looking to lose weight, this is not the product for you. If you eat enough fiber in your diet, you most likely do not need probiotics. This just made things worse for me. Not worth it!

Healthy 73 yr old male. Took pendulum glucose control for about 5 months, along with a good diet and good exercise routine. My A1C actually rose, went from 5.8 to 6.0.

Order #1685838 Ordered a 3-month Akkermansia subscription ($128.87). Tracking shows the package sat at a Whittier, CA facility for 2 days, then a Phoenix-area DHL facility for nearly 3 more days, during an active NWS Extreme Heat Warning (105–112°F). It was then out for delivery in a non-air-conditioned USPS vehicle from 6:10 AM until delivery around 12:12 PM, then sat in a sealed outdoor metal mailbox for another 4 hours until retrieved around 4:00 PM — hot to the touch on arrival, shipped in a plain silver bubble mailer with no insulation or cold pack, despite being internally labeled "ThermalShield" on the shipping paperwork. I contacted support the same day requesting a refund and subscription cancellation. The response called the package "warm," cited lab testing at a steady 71–110°F over 5 days, and offered a 15% discount on my next renewal instead of addressing either request. I sent a detailed written follow-up with the full delivery timeline, Cal/OSHA heat-standard citations, and a request for the actual lab documentation. That was over a week ago — no response since. This isn't an isolated case — another reviewer here described the identical scenario (early delivery, hot metal mailbox, same "insulated" bubble mailer that did nothing) with no meaningful resolution either. I still have not received my refund or written confirmation that my subscription is cancelled.

This stuff works! My H1Ac did drop by 10% - I wasn’t that high - but still - after only 1 month - it dropped by 10% - and I expect it to drop more the longer I take it. Also I’m not hungry anymore - and when taken with complex fibers (Psyllium Husk and Inulin) my post prandial Glucose spike is easily 40 mg/dL lower than without the Probiotic and Fiber. Buy this Glucose Support - 0.68 mg - 2 billion CFU’s per capsule - it really works!! I do take 1 per day with food - I also only eat once per day.
