Had a rocky road with delivery on my first order, but that was resolved to my complete satisfaction. The problem was resolved through personal and gracious handling by the staff. So much so that I have put in multiple orders since then and there has been absolutely no problem. The products are first rate and I will continue to purchase from them. I can't rate them high enough for their personal attention to customer needs and the products they offer.

I ordered an intense flavoured olive oil, was contacted to say the oil I ordered was out of stock. They recommended two replacement oils but when I got them neither had a deep intense flavour. Not what I wanted. Dissapointing.
