My husband and I LOVE our snug topper. We had tried other bed cooling systems, but found them bulky/challenging to get the air to distribute evenly (no cold toes with this!), and the others didn't have the heating feature. This topper is super easy to program and change in the night as needed, with the app that can set the times/temperature ahead of time, and bedside adjustment buttons that let you adjust as needed during the night without reaching for your phone. My husband runs hot, and I run cold, with frequent hot flashes. This topper allowed us to customize for each of us, and we are sleeping much better! We've had it a year now and it's holding up well. Did take a few nights to get used to, but now it's hard to sleep in other places when we don't have it!

Love this product. I was able to avoid going up on my hormone patch dose because nighttime hot flashes are controlled. My husband is very happy we set the thermostat at 70 instead of 66!

The product is exactly as described on your website. I appreciate the reviews I read they were very helpful. The pad has not only kept me cool but has improved the quality of my sleep. I tired the cooling sheets and the sleepwear. Nothing does the job like the snugly pad. I get to be cool while my husband is warm!

The cooling pad does work too cool and warm on demand, but the app is the worst. It is practically useless. You can set a scene for 3 temperature zones throughout the night. It's supposed to monitor your body temp and make autonatic adjustments to keep you at a comfortable degree. The app does preschool or heat as requested on the schedule, but it doesn't really seem to work in my opinion. I find myself waking and adjusting the temp using the manual control buttons on the side of the topper. But...when I change the temp manually it makes a permanent change to my schedule settings. For example, I have the bed chill itself to the -10 setting (the coolest) one hour before bed time. This works well. But if the night before, say I was colder than I looked so I torn the bed up to a warmer setting or a heated setting, then the next night, the pad will heat the bed instead of the preferred cooling. So then I get into a hot bed. Not a good system. So I just use the buttons now. If I had known how crappy this app is, I probably would have not perchaced the product abs definitiley not for $1400. That way overpriced for the subpar tech. So I like the effect I get abs out does written but the app is useless and the automatic body temp finding doesn't seem to really do anything. I'm keeping the pad in hopes that the app will be updated to a more precosely controlled version and one that holds my program regardless of what I do manually from night to night. Let me make nightly adjustments but keep my set schedule as it is. I would not purchase this again. I Taku wanted the Sleep 8 but I wasn't thrilled about using water because of the almost 200% guarantee that it would eventually spring a leak.

I've had the Smart Topper for a few months now, and it has definitely transformed my sleep in a positive way. My usual pattern is - wake up between 3 - 4 am (wide awake), cool myself down with ice packs/an AC unit, go back to sleep for 40 m - 1 h, repeat until morning time. The worst part is waking up over and over again - the second worst part is needing to cool down & wind down repeatedly throughout the night. While the Smart Topper didn't solve the first issue (I still wake up repeatedly at night), it did solve the issue of needing to constantly get up and use cumbersome ways of cooling down. Now, when I wake up I just reach for the control panel on the unit, lower the temperature significantly, let myself cool down for ~10 minutes, and go back to sleep without ever getting out of bed. The unit differentiates itself from other similar products on the market by being air-based rather than water-based. I find this super convenient, as I've owned a cheap water-based cooling pad previously which would easily mould. There's one important catch, however. Unlike water-based cooling pads, the Smart Topper has some real thickness to it. I assume it needs to be that way in order to give space for the cool air to flow up the pad so it can reach every part of your body. The problem with this design is that the pad loses its shape over time, forming wells near the heftier parts of your body which never poof back out. This hasn't become a huge problem yet for me, but as I said, I've only owned mine for a few months at this point. If the pad continues to deform, I could see it becoming a problem from a sleep posture point-of-view.

Perfectly Snug has great customer service. I ordered two XL twins, one for myself, the other for my husband. I love mine, I have always used a weighted blanket but it can get very warm in the summer, my mattress stays cool on the bottom while my blanket makes me feel safe and secure. My husband preferred the heating mattress pad he currently uses. Perfectly snug was very understanding, instructed me how to repack it and have DHS pick it up, I haven’t received my refund as yet but am confident I will get it soon as they explained it takes a few weeks for processing. I would highly recommend this company.

It came as expected. So easy to set up. First time sleeping on it was amazing. We live in Az. Even with central air sleeping in that particular room is warm. Full comfortable sleep is now accomplished! Could not be happier with this purchase!
