Fast shipping
Fast shipping, great communication about my order and items that were on backorder. This is the second larger order I've placed with Perform Better and the service and customer experience has been great both times!

Good product although high shipping cost
I like the product (the mini-bands) a lot--I have two sets and just bought a set for a friend. My only complaint is that the shipping charge for such a small, lightweight item seems way too high, which makes me feel that they must be retaining some of that fee and therefore the price that I'm paying is actually higher.
