Excellent Customer Service
Great products. Easy web site to navigate. Product arrived quickly. Customer service rep noticed an error in my selected shipping preferences and contacted me to verify. This insured my order went smoothly. Mine was a small order but i felt it was treated importantly. When necessary will order again and will be recommending to others.

I received my pkg in a timely manner…
I received my pkg in a timely manner and was communicated with during that time. When I had a question about the Bender Ball, I was answered promptly. I took a star away because it is hard to get the ball to the firmness I need.
