I pretty much knew what I wanted to order - the website is easy to use - no problems with the order at all.

The exercise band products are a good quality and were delivered on time. They works as promised and are easier to use and store than weights.

The ordering, updates and delivery for my order were excellent. the product arrived as promised in a few days in perfect shape.

Love the site and ease of ordering. I have 4 stars and not 5 because of the 9.95 shipping charge when I just ordered some mini bands. Shipping is more than half the price of my items!

Easy to place order online. I made a couple of errors and was able to get a rep on the phone to quickly fix. Final invoice was accurate. Shipping was also accurate.

2 orders so far and both went very smooth. Shipping was quite fast and items were as advertised. Have not needed customer service for anything (guidance, returns, etc.) yet, but do get the feeling that it too will merit 4-5 stars. Will follow up with future "reviews" as they happen...

You really need to upgrade your site to facilitate selecting items especially when there are multiple options to choose from, as well as making checkout easier. I couldn’t get to the final checkout page and had to go back and repeat my entire order after getting stuck on the page where your ship/cc details are entered. Your product is the best around so I would love for you to invest in upgrading the site as it will result in more business.
