I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE COST OF SHIPPING. ALSO, I HAD A PROMO CODE THAT DID NOT WORK! NSCA10 I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM YOUR COMPANY AGAIN.

Hi Carrie, Thanks for contacting us. I understand the frustration with the flat rate shipping cost of $9.95 when it comes to lightweight bands. Unfortunately, UPS/Fedex charges us a minimum of $9.95 no matter the weight of the product and/or distance traveled. Please be assured that we continue to search for ways to enhance our shipping process making it better for our customers. I did make an adjustment to the shipping cost to help out! I will send over a revised order confirmation via email to cover this. The NSCA promotional code did not carry over on the order- not to worry! I went ahead and manually added it to the order.
