Fast shipping great product!

Great products and a reasonable price.

The customer service was awesome! I thought the shipping expenses were a little high ($9 for two simple bands? Could have put them in a regular envelope and put a Forever Stamp on them to send them to me), but the Customer Service rep reduced the price (not quite to a Forever Stamp, but still, very appreciated!) Got the package very quickly. One thought... on the shipping page it said that I could go to the facility in Rhode Island but it didn't say where the facility was, which was why I called customer service in the first place. Maybe put the address there so people can look it up to see how convenient it would be to go in person?

Easy check out and had exactly what I was looking for, being here in RI and being able to pick up I saved a ton on shipping. Anyone in the region buy here and pick up, quality products and customer service.
