I really like the bands and the price is quite reasonable. The only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is that I thought that the shipping was pricey.

Resistance bands purchase
The email signup for 10% discount doesn't work on iPad mobile device. I had to use my Windows 10 PC. Shipping cost more than the item I purchased!

I Love Cook Bands
I have two Cook Bands, Orange & Magenta that I can’t use right now because I broke my wrist 7 weeks ago. So I decided to get the lightest band you have to get myself back in shape. My long time PT has always encouraged me to use the Cook Bands. I’m age 77. I also have the weighted ball for bouncing on my cement porch.
