Inflated Shipping Charges.
In this day and age, charging shipping is ridiculous for orders over a certain amount, and an inflated rate. I won't order from them again. I did this time because of need, but in future will look for alternative brands.

Hello Ben! I apologize about the shipping. Currently ground shipping charges for contiguous USA orders totaling $75.00 or less is $9.95. Ground shipping charges for contiguous USA order totaling over $75.00 is 15% of your order total. We are working on a more accurate system but for most situations, this is more beneficial to the customer.
