This rating is mainly because I don’t understand how and why y’all charge so much for shipping. I’m a day and age where shipping is cheap or free I don’t understand why y’all have to change $39 dollars for regular ups ground...

Hello Berley! I appreciate the feedback and do apologize for the shipping charges. The UPS fees are determined by weight and distance traveled. We are located in Rhode Island so shipping the FMS Test Kit to the west coast is quite costly. We continue to work with UPS on lowering these charges. Better and Cheaper buying their Performance Bands, the strongest and best on the market that I'm aware of, on their own site than on Amazon, ebay, etc.. Plus you can order the exact quantity you want.
