First Time Using
This is the first time I am using this company. Price was better than on Amazon. Free shipping was included as a holiday special. Will continue to visit website in the future and refer friends if satisfied.

Top Notch Equipment, Excellent Service
This is my 2nd order with Perform Better. I notice my golf trainer uses their products, which is an endorsement. I've been very pleased with the prices and with excellent customer service when I needed to exchange a product. I recommend Perform Better!

My first purchase
Advertised was 40% off plus free shipping with orders over $49, but upon checkout all I got was the free shipping and was unable to find resources to acquire the 40% discount. There are two additional pieces of significant value I would like to purchase in the near future (Free motion abdominal and glute machines). If I decide to move forward, it is my hope this issue would be resolved.

Refreshing quantity of cart items is tedious.
Refreshing one cart item at a time is a bit tedious, otherwise online purchase experience was acceptable.

Sneaky Shipping Practices
I shop with Perform Better because I value their products and their prices are competitive, but when I placed a large order to equip my new facility they made no indication that my items would be delivered curb side. I have no staff and my studio is on the second floor. I had to unload everything myself without notice. I can appreciate why some items need to be shipped via freight, but I can't appreciate why I wasn't notified of curb-side delivery before getting a call day-of from the driver.
