Quick, clean process.

order experience was seamless
I can only address the order experience; I haven't received the items I ordered. My trainer recommended the site, and it has everything I need. I found it easy to select and order the items I wanted, and easy to compare prices on similar items. One confusing point: when I checked out there was a note that said free shipping on orders over a certain amount, and my order was over that amount, but I guess the items I ordered didn't qualify (I ordered four separate items, two of each, so I was surprised that none qualified). Why advertise free shipping if you provide it for only a small, select number of items? Overall, a very good ordering experience!!

Shipping was not free!
Ok, I get that I'm in Hawaii, but per UPS' website, UPS Ground is to ALL 50 states, not just the contiguous 48.

Hi Philip - we do apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. However, our Kettlebells are part of the excluded items on any of our Free Shipping offers. Also, Free Shipping is for UPS Ground, contiguous US only.
