Your website is slow and spins around. Need more lower shipping options. I buy from you and not amazon , but their free shipping makes things easier.

Your website lists shipping costs in several separate places and it showed me a cost of $50ish, but then also said due to the nature of the order (bumper plates) the shipping would actually be $200ish, with faster options up to about $350. But then in the totals at checkout it showed the shipping cost of around $50, and then on the “Order Confirmation” page it AGAIN showed shipping cost as only $50. Lo and behold the order goes through and the email says I have now been charged over $200 for shipping… 2 stars here and not 1 star bc I WAS warned, but PLEASE fix your shipping cost calculation code to reflect accurate totals at Order Confirmation. Not hard - Engineering can knock it out in a day, it just needs prioritization. You can Perform Better, I know you can.

I order all my equipment for my studio and my Clients from PB, because I know I'm getting the very best in quality and variety. If I ever need to speak to customer service, they are always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The orders are delivered in a reasonable time frame and if I ever need to return an item (which is practically never), the process is easy, no headaches. I highly recommend Perform Better to all fitness enthusiasts and pros alike.

Their products are great for working out; however in ordering we paid $5.95 for shipping. Before the US Post office would deliver the package, we had to pay an extra $3.06 postage. It seems they had not put enough postage on the envelope.
