John Cornish and his associates have been wonderful! They answered all of our questions promptly and went out of their way to communicate all details to us in a timely manner. We have gone through other mortgage processes but none as speedy, helpful, friendly, and smooth as this has been. Thank you PERL Mortgage and John and his team!!!!

Our experience with this company was the best!! They where on top of our loan from the very beginning, Mr Herrera especially went above and beyond! I have already recommended Perl and will continue to do so!

More paperwork than any other lender. My closing took over 3 hours. The lawyer and realtors said it was the most paperwork they’d ever seen and there were emails requesting more paperwork during the closing. I had to request the final numbers for closing from Perl the night before our morning close. Would never use them again.

Hi CB, While the amount of paperwork needed to underwrite and obtain a home mortgage can certainly be abundant, it is necessary to help us and you get a full picture of your buying potential or refinance needs. It is unfortunate that you feel your experience with Perl was less than ideal and we’d appreciate an opportunity to discuss this with you further. Please reach out to someone on my team at 773.413.6212. Thank you, Ken Perlmutter President
