We could not have been happier with the attention and assistance we received from Perl Mortgage. The only very slight hiccup was the inexperience we found with buying a co-op in Chicago (which accounts for less than 3% of the housing market) and somewhat of a “learning as you go” as we went through the loan process. That being said, I would absolutely use them again.

David Weinberg, Donna Kwiecinski, and the rest of the Perl Mortgage crew made the home buying process so easy for me. No hard sells, no confusing language or points jockeying to make me question the terms. Quick to close, quick to respond to questions, and transferring key documents was super easy. Besides providing a great rate, there was a special surprise gift left for me at close. Overall just a great experience. 10/10 would recommend!
