The Nurses at Perry Health are always willing to give advice on anything you ask them. They are friendly, caring, polite, and very knowledgeable about meds, literature on diabetes, or the right way to cook your foods.

I recently had high glucose readings. My clinical team at Perry Health contacted their medical doctor and my insulin dosage was adjusted as my readings went up. But when my glucose went over 400 and didn’t respond to increased insulin dosage, my Perry Health clinician called me and advised me to go to my local ER. She also said that I needed to have a friend take me or call 911. My friend took me and I was discharged later that evening. Thanks for taking exceptional care of me Perry Health.

Each Perry Health contact is well versed in their job and very helpful. They consult with you like a doctor would if they had more than 5 min to spend with you. Good job Perry Health.

Everyone have been so helpful to me with my diabetes. All the nurses, the nutritional Norma have been great and I do appreciate all of their efforts and the way they handle my case.

They have very knowledgeable and helpful group and always there when I have a questions of BG being low or high.. give me alot of great tips
