Melissa is amazing

They got bought out by Public Storage which is a POS company they’re filthy and they dont do anything about the problem they have.. Moved because of them before and moving because of them now. Im not losing my stuff because of them again. Do not rent from them!!!!!!!!!!!!

Right now I am VERY UPSET because we went to the Storage today and there was evidence of water in my Unit and once again the AC was OFF. I pay the price I do because I want my property stored in the AC and this is the 2nd time I have been there and there was no AC. The first time was last year and they swore they would fix the AC and here it is almost a year later and no AC. Did they ever even fix the AC? I pay almost $300 a month and this is not acceptable

Ethan went above and beyond to help get me in the spot I was requesting since it was next to a spot I was already renting! Making it much easier for me to maneuver my boat and Trailer! 5 Stars and Thanks Ethan!

Nick is AWESOME! Absolutely excellent customer service. He took time to explain everything and show us storage space options. He has a great sense of humor.

We have dealt with Ray, he’s super cool, friendly and always smiling. He’s always willing to help and does it with ease. Great conversationalist whether in English or Spanish! Great place, clean little space! I won’t go anywhere else for my U-Haul need!
