It IS working.
Yes, I am losing weight. Yes, I don't crave food in between. So. yes I would recommend. I am 74 and disabled so the preparation is a 5. But I find that the breaded meat selections are soggy and pasty. Can they be defrosted the day before and then put on a toaster oven before serving? How long? 4 stars overall......3 for soggy breaded meat selections.

If you look to put our food in the toaster just take it out of the freeze and throw it in! No defrosting needed. Keep a eye on it and cook till your personal perference. The best tasting and easiest program I have ever tried. Super convenient. I look forward to every meal and lost 30 lbs on my first 28 day supply. I purchased the 28 day lunch & dinner plan and added my own breafasts & snacks.

Good food ready when you need it!
I have used PT on & off for a couple of years. The breakfast items are my favorite. They make everything pretty simple from ordering & delivering to quick protein packed meals in minutes. Great for busy lifestyles & those trying to not eat fast food.

After about 6 months you do get tired of the same choices but with natural food there are not a lot of choices. And you can't freeze salad, so I feel like for the value, you are getting the best choices for your money. Just don't give up.
