I think Personal Trainer foods has a good concept, but the execution leaves something to be desired. The packaging is very poorly constructed. About 15-20% of the food in my order was already freezer burned on arrival. The package was broken and open for one of the breakfast packages rendering it inedible. The direction for 80% of the packages are unreadable. If the product was vacuum sealed, it would be a better quality product, have a longer life and in my case a more satisfied customer.

I absolutely LOVE personal trainer food! Its quick, easy, filling, and most of all DELICIOUS! I've tried so many other portion controlled diets and their food doesn't even come close to PTF. I look forward to my breakfast, lunch & dinners every day and have now gotten my family members hooked. Thanks Personal Trainer Food!

I’ve used this product off and on for about four years and it is the most amazing way to lose a bit of weight and maintain weight. Neither time that I went back on it had the weight gain been caused by the product. Once it was an injury that rehabed for three months, and now the COVID-19 Weight gain

Very Good food! Except for the wild salmon I would not Recommend that.

This plan is convenient, delicious, effective and budget friendly. I’ve lost 10lbs in 3 weeks. PTF is an excellent choice for busy people. With a freezer full of PTF food I don’t need anything else.

FedEx didn’t deliver on the day it said it did - so the box never came to my door. Then two days later I get spoiled rotten food sitting by my door, it damaged my floor, smelled terrible and I never got a refund. I cancelled after that.
