The customer service following my purchase was superb! Ben was easy to work with and handled all of my troubles quickly and efficiently. It was accidentally sent to the wrong address and needed to attach a note. Even when I was wanting to leave a review but had deleted follow up emails, Ben answered in just a few minutes with links. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Personal Wine is great! Makes for a super cool gift for yourself or friends. Phil was so helpful and made the whole process quick and easy. He also double checked to make sure I was happy with the image I wanted to use. I've ordered here several times and will be coming back in the future!
