I have always known the importance of nutritional supplements, especially because I know I don't consume all the right things everyday. Persona has made it so easy to know what would be beneficial to add into my regime based on my daily habits, activity level, sleep cycle, skin care habits and much more. Although I know I could probably save money going to the drug store, I find comfort in knowing exactly what is in my supplement, knowing what I am taking is gluten free (because I am celiac) and having the connivence of individualized packets for each day. I highly recommend Persona if you are considering taking supplements to improve your daily health.

I definitely would recommend. I have hormone issues, couples with anxiety, depression, and IBS. The vitamin regimen coupled with diet and excessive has made it easier to wean myself off my anxiety medication.

I wish in my 1st round they would have split up my am and pm pills. My 2nd round they did. Trying to take 8 pills in the morning is hard. Now I have am and pm. It’s like just because it was 1st time they didn’t think it was a value to split them and now that I pay full price it’s more a value.

Persona is fabulous and ships so quickly!!! I originally ordered from another vitamin subscription company and waited 3 weeks and never received anything. I cancelled and started researching others and that is when I found Persona! I am so thankful I did! I take a lot of vitamins as I am learning to navigate an autoimmune disease and the little packets just make it so much easier to remember to take everyday.

The communication with persona was okay I sent an email about my package, making sure it would arrive after seeing peoples review on not receiving their purchases. There should be a disclaimer on the website letting customer know whether their items will be delayed or undeliverable. Although we know there is a pandemic, communication is vital when it comes to an effortless expericence. PROS The organization of the product is lovely and very thought out; the little book it comes in is personalized, with all of the supplement facts: so you know what you're taking. CONS Hard to swallow pills Too many pills Expensive After the first purchase you will be paying a good amount of money for the supply. but if you are on a budget it will be expensive unless you are inviting people yo get $25 off your order. Although the organization is great, for someone who takes prescription pills you will fid taking 4-5 vitamins in the morning and 4-5 at night along with prescribed medicine is not fun. I hate swallowing pills i thought this would make it easier and im on my second week and in already depressed with the thought of swallowing all these vitamins on top of medication. In my-opinion the individual cost f each pill is for profit because it can be included in one multivitamin. I do see complaints where people are having a hard time seeing resuls, and-if you want to see results faster combine your vitamins. Due to the small dosage for example 60mg, 10mcg, etc it will take longer for you to see improvement. The dosage could probably be lower due to-how many vitamins are prescribed by nutritionists. This is an amazing idea really nice company but not for me.

I loved the vitamins. I would have to change it up a little bit due to heartburn mid day. But, I will definitely be ordering again when I go back to work.
