The artwork is absolutely amazing and spot on for the photo I provided!! Came within a reasonable timeframe and when I requested a tracking number and followed up on one of the items purchased they replied very promptly and were always lovely and incredibly helpful. I would definitley purchase again from here and recommend to friends and family.

The product itself is great. Exactly as they advertise. Their customer service team was amazing. They went over and above to deal with a delivery issue that wasn’t even their fault. Their priority was to ensure I received my order, which I finally did, thanks to them. Way to go Pet Canva.

Pet Canva has incredible customer service and very talented artists. Everyone I spoke to via email was beyond helpful. The pillow that I ordered is even better than I expected and the quality is perfect. The image of my cat that the artist created looks exactly like him!

I got my sister a blanket for Christmas of her dog Roscoe for Christmas and I’m so impressed by the quality! Super cozy blanket and the details in the graphics were perfect. I’ll definitely order one of my cat as well after seeing how cool it looked :)

This was an incredible disappointment, actually ruined my holiday. 2 months prior to Christmas morning, I found Pet Canva, followed their instructions, and submitted a picture of my orange tabby Charlie to have a custom blanket made up for my Girlfriend as a Christmas gift. This blanket cost me $70. Seventy whole dollars. Because of this, I expected the artists mock up to be done well and for the quality of the blanket to be high. My expectations were way off. The blanket material is thin, and shoddy. It has no body or real mass to it, as if its hollow. It doesn't do a very good job of keeping a person warm, as a significantly cheaper blanket may. The artist responsible for making my blanket did a horrible job. Throughout the 2 month process, they shared nothing with me, I never knew what to expect. There was no communication from the company at all that whole time, except for peddling adds. Not even shipping info, the package just showed up one day. My blanket arrived shortly before Christmas morning. It was all off, it didn't even look like my cat. The blanket had an enormously zoomed in picture of my cats smooshed face on it, and the volleyball sized eyes were the complete wrong color. The picture showed Yellow-Green eyes, yet this monstrosity had dark brown eyes that couldn't be ignored. Extra marking were added to the face as well, a poor attempt to show effort by the artist. I understand being busy during the holidays, but I literally received a blanket with a random cat on it. I was mortified Christmas morning. When my lovely girlfriend opened her new blanket, she sad to my dryly, "Oh hey look this even kinda looks like Charlie." I had to tell her it was Charlie, or well, was supposed to be. Her disappointment showed. Since then I've spent a decent amount of time trying to deal with their customer service team, but to no avail. The only help they offered me was to order a new blanket with different picture, at a small discount... A fraction off of $70 is still a load of money for a blanket, especially after finding out they are about as effective at keeping you warm as tissue paper is. I don't want Pet Canva to have any more of my money, they certainly do not deserve it. Take my advice and save yourself the money and trouble

I ordered two canvases of my dogs and they’re both absolutely beautiful and very well done. I’m very happy with them.
